Getting Started

How do I create an account?
Click "Sign Up" on the homepage, fill in your details, and verify your email address. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
How do I complete my profile?
Go to your Profile page and add photos, write a description, and fill in your preferences. A complete profile gets more matches!
How does matching work?
Our smart algorithm suggests compatible users based on your preferences, location, and activity. You can also use the Search feature to find specific types of people.

Using Lavrilo

How do I send messages?
You can message other users through the Messages page. Click on a contact to start chatting, or start a new conversation from someone's profile.
What are Credits and how do I get them?
Credits are our virtual currency used to purchase gifts. You can buy Credits through the Wallet page using secure payment methods.
How do virtual gifts work?
You can purchase gifts with Credits and send them to other users. Received gifts can be monetized for real money at 30% of their original value.
How do I monetize gifts?
Go to the Gifts page, select the gifts you want to monetize, choose your preferred currency, and follow the monetization process. Payments are processed securely.

Account & Privacy

How do I change my password?
Go to Settings and click on "Change Password". You'll need to enter your current password and choose a new one.
How do I control who can see my profile?
Visit your Privacy Settings to control profile visibility, who can message you, and other privacy preferences.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings and select "Delete Account". This action is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be removed from our servers.

Safety & Security

How do I report inappropriate behavior?
Use the report button on any profile or message. Our safety team reviews all reports within 24 hours and takes appropriate action.
How do I block someone?
Go to the user's profile and select "Block User". Blocked users cannot see your profile or contact you.
Is my personal information safe?
Yes, we use bank-level security to protect your data. Read our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we handle your personal information.

Technical Issues

The app/website isn't working properly. What should I do?
Try refreshing the page or restarting the app. Clear your browser cache or update the app to the latest version. If problems persist, contact our support team.
I'm not receiving notifications. How do I fix this?
Check your notification settings in your account and make sure notifications are enabled in your device settings. Also check your email spam folder.
My photos won't upload. What's wrong?
Make sure your photos are in JPG or PNG format and under 10MB each. Check your internet connection and try uploading one photo at a time.

Payments & Billing

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and various online payment methods through our secure payment gateway.
Can I get a refund for Credits?
Credit purchases are generally non-refundable. However, we may consider refunds in exceptional circumstances. Contact our support team for assistance.
How long does gift monetization take?
Gift monetization typically processes within 3-5 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation once the payment is sent.
